PRICES:
Prices
are quoted per person, double occupancy. Tour prices are quoted in U.S. dollars based on exchange rates in effect November 1, 2006. Land cost is quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used. Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate may result in price increases without notice.
SINGLE SUPPLEMENT:
Tours in Provence, Normandy, Burgundy, Brittany, the Basque Country and the "Taste of France": $500.00; Tours in the Loire Valley and Paris: $450.00

RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS:
A deposit of $500.00, with your completed and signed application, will reserve your place.
Reservations will be accepted up to 30 days prior to departure if space is available.
BALANCE DUE IN INSTALLMENTS AS FOLLOWS:
Tours in June/July: $1000 due on each tour 3/30/07; balance due 5/15/07.
Tours in August: $1000
due 5/29/07; balance due 6/29/07.
Tours in September : $1000
due on each tour 5/29/07; balance due 7/29/07.
If the final payment does not reach us by due date, we will assume you have canceled and we may fill your place.
BONUS:
EARLY-BIRD BONUS OF $100
per person if reservation and deposit are received before 12/31/06 or $75 per person if reservation and deposit are received before 2/15/07.
FRIEND OF EN FRANCE BONUS
$100 per person for those enrolling in both Provence and  Brittany tours;  in both the Normandy and Burgundy tours; or in both the Burgundy and the Paris tours.
REFUND:
In full (less non-refundable deposit of $150) up to 59 days before departure.
CANCELLATION:
30 - 59 days before departure results in cancellation charge of 35% of land cost plus cost of any additional services rendered. Cancellation less than 30 days before departure results in loss of all moneys received. All claims must be made in writing within 60 days after termination of a tour. No partial refunds will be given for unused services.
INSURANCE:
EN FRANCE
strongly urges you to protect yourself and your tour cost by purchasing accident, baggage, and trip cancellation insurance. An application form will be forwarded before departure.
MEDICAL INSURANCE:
Please make sure your current health insurance policy covers you overseas!
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
A valid passport is required for travel to France. No visa or shots are required.
AIR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:
EN FRANCE
will be happy to arrange air transportation and additional travel before or after tours for an appropriate charge.
MINIMUM/MAXIMUM OPERATIONS:
Tours are based on a minimum of 6 participants. For fewer than 6, a small group supplement may be charged. EN FRANCE and its agents give notice that all tickets, vouchers and coupons issued by them and all arrangements for transport or conveyance or for hotel accommodations made by them are made by them as agents for the participant upon express condition that EN FRANCE shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts or default of the company or person engaged in conveying the participants or in carrying out the arrangements, activities, or tours, or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel proprietor or employee. EN FRANCE and/or its agents assume no responsibility for losses or incidental expense due to delay or changes in schedules, hotel overbooking or defaults, sickness, accident, death, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, acts of terrorism or the willful or negligent acts of any other tour members or any other cause whatsoever. All losses or expenses arising from such eventualities are the responsibility of the participant. Personal property such as baggage, clothing, cameras, daypacks, and other personal belongings is at the owner's risk throughout the tour.
EN FRANCE RESERVES THE RIGHT:
(1) To cancel tour prior to departure, in which case full refund, less any charges by travel agents for third party booking, will constitute full settlement to the participant. (2) To substitute hotels of similar category to those specified. (3) To alter the itinerary or reverse the places to be visited. (4) To decline to accept a reservation. (5) To expel any person whose conduct or condition is, in the sole judgment of the tour leader, incompatible with the safety or interest of the tour group as a whole.

CONSENT:
The signed reservation form accompanied by the required deposit constitutes consent by the participant to all provisions contained herein. You will be required to sign a release of liability and to provide emergency contact and medical insurance information prior to joining any tour with EN FRANCE.
